OOS RSI or just really sore?

Typing is worse than painting for the arm. My "days off" have merely added an extra area of pain.

Rats! Darn! Bother! Blast! (Why didn't I learn to swear?)

Today I am grateful that Pickle is becoming quite good civilised company.

HAVE YOU HAD IT LOOKED AT?! If rest isn't helping, it may well need a professional opinion :-(

Good luck! In the meantime, rest, ice compression, elevation... rest for healing, ice is a good anaesthetic, compression (maybe) and elevation (more especially) to minimise any swelling, if that's an issue. Dr if no improvement.

PS Ice pack max 20 mins on, then 40 mins off, as often as you can handle. It's a pain reliever but also supposed to promote blood flow and therefore healing.

I think rest is supposed to be ... er ... um ... rest?

Will try the compression though, and maybe the bandage will stop me thinking I am superwoman as well.

I bought a Mills and Boon in Italian at the railway station... will head for the couch and pretend to study Italian for a bit!

OK, I surrender to your common sense. Am now wearing a brace and it helps a lot.

Brace on one hand, swollen mosquito bites on the other. The mozzies are particularly nasty this year, and we have been warned that the wasps will be too.
